The Textural Ball Pendant Necklace proves that even the simplest forms can make the boldest statements. Its sculptural, rounded silhouette and intricately textured surface are full of character, catching the light and the eye  with quiet confidence.

At its heart is a brass pendant handcrafted in Ghana using the ancient lost-wax casting technique. In this centuries-old process, delicate wax models are sculpted by hand, encased in clay, and transformed in molten brass before being gold plated. No mould is reused. No surface is identical. Each pendant carries its own perfectly imperfect markings  the true fingerprint of heritage craftsmanship.

From there, the story continues in London.

Each pendant is thoughtfully assembled by hand in my studio, where it is paired with a twisted orange cotton cord and carefully finished into its final form. This meeting of Ghanaian casting tradition and London craftsmanship creates a piece that bridges cultures  honouring origin while shaping something distinctly contemporary.

The ball pendant (approx. 2.5 × 3.5 cm) rests at 31 cm, sitting close to the neckline for subtle yet striking impact. Lightweight and versatile, it transitions seamlessly from day to night. Worn solo, it feels refined and modern; layered, it becomes part of a bolder story of individuality.
