All UK orders are shipped by Special Delivery – tracked and insured.
For Europe and the rest of the world, I ship with UPS, so we both know exactly where your OKENSI treasures are.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns

Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene regulations.

Items must be unworn, unused, in good saleable condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
- All returns must be sent via an insured and trackable delivery service.

Okensi is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable (you may be able to reclaim these from your local customs office).

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact me immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. I will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds can only be issued to the payment method used for the original order.

Sale items, gift cards, personalised items, and commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
