For Europe and the rest of the world, I ship with UPS, so we both know exactly where your OKENSI treasures are.

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for import duties and local taxes.
  • I cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Ensure your delivery address is correct — redelivery due to incorrect details may incur a fee.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene regulations.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, in good saleable condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • All returns must be sent via an insured and trackable delivery service.
  • Okensi is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable (you may be able to reclaim these from your local customs office).

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email hello@okensi.com with the subject line: OKENSI – Return or Exchange.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Once approved, send your item(s) to:

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact me immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. I will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the payment method used for the original order.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Sale items, gift cards, personalised items, and commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
