  • All UK orders are shipped by Special Delivery – tracked and insured.
  • For Europe and the rest of the world, I ship with UPS, so we both know exactly where your OKENSI treasures are.

Please Note:

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for import duties and local taxes.
  • I cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Ensure your delivery address is correct — redelivery due to incorrect details may incur a fee.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene regulations.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, in good saleable condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • All returns must be sent via an insured and trackable delivery service.
  • Okensi is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable (you may be able to reclaim these from your local customs office).

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email hello@okensi.com with the subject line: OKENSI – Return or Exchange.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Once approved, send your item(s) to:

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact me immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. I will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the payment method used for the original order.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Sale items, gift cards, personalised items, and commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

DESPATCH

We aim to despatch within 1
working/business day, with the exception of sale/ promotional periods and other
busy times where order dispatch may take up to 48 hours.

 

Shipping times are estimates
following the dispatch date and are based on working/business working
days ( i.e. not weekends and Bank Holidays) . If you require your order
processed urgently please contact us at: hello@okensi.com and we'll do our best to help.

 

Fulfilment of orders is dependent
on stock availability at the time. If there is likely to be a delays we will
inform you by email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

 

All parcels will need to be
‘signed for’ on delivery so please ensure there will be someone present at the
delivery address to receive the goods and provide a signature.

 

All non UK orders are exclusive
of VAT, which is automatically deducted at checkout.  Any import duties,
sales taxes or other import costs incurred at the point of entry into the
destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

WE CANNOT DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES

Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses

Please ensure that you use the correct address for delivery – you may be charged for re-delivery of your order if you have provided an incorrect delivery address.


We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. OKENSI shall not be liable for any delay or failure by us to deliver your order within the estimated timescales.


REFUND

At OKENSI we want you to love and
be happy with your purchase. If for any reason your order is not to your
satisfaction we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.

Please return your item(s) to us
within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange minus postage fees. Please
remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to
ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.

Please Note:

Items must be returned to us
unused and in the same condition that they were received in. Please ensure
before you return an item that all tags are attached, all original
packaging is present and intact.

In compliance with current
health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to offer refunds or
exchanges on earrings.

We recommend all returns are
sent using an insured and recorded delivery service.

OKENSI does not accept
liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return is received
and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then
your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to original method of payment, within 10 working days

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by
contacting your local customs bureau directly.

EXCHANGE

We will happily accept any exchanges within 14 days from the date you received your
order.

Please email us at hello@okensi.com with your exchange request within 14 days
from the date you received your order.

Ensure items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered , unsoiled and undamaged and in original packaging

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your
order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and
make it right.

EXCEPTIONS /NON-RETURNABLE/ NO REFUNDABLE ITEMS

No exchange or returns will be accepted on personalized items, sale items, gift cards, commissioned or promotional merchandise. Please get
in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Customers are liable for postage/shipping fees when returning our items.
