All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery - fully tracked and insured.

For Europe and international orders, we ship with UPS so you can follow your piece from our studio to your doorstep.

• International customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes.
• We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
• Please double-check your delivery address. Re-dispatch due to incorrect details may incur an additional fee.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day.

During busy periods, launches, or holidays, dispatch may take up to 48 hours.

If something is not quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn and in original condition.
• Tags must remain attached.
• Original packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Returns must be sent using an insured and trackable service.

OKENSI cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable, though you may be able to reclaim these from your local customs office.

Due to hygiene regulations, earrings are non-returnable.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photographs and details. We will assess carefully and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale items, gift cards, personalised pieces, and commissioned work are final sale.

Our Repair Promise

• Repairs relating to craftsmanship are complimentary within 6 months of purchase.
• After 6 months, repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur a fee starting from £35, depending on the work required and the availability of original materials.

Where possible, we always aim to restore your piece with the same care and intention with which it was first made.

How to Request a Repair

We will review everything thoughtfully and guide you through the next steps.

• Store each piece separately in its cotton pouch or in soft materials such as velvet or satin.
• Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Leather should never be stored in plastic. It requires airflow to prevent moisture damage.
